I thought Tim Leslie was running for this seat.
Arnold clearly doesn't really care about education if he can't find a candidate to run.
Leslie does have a campaign account open. But his staff has said he does not intend to run, and so does O'Connell's.
Mr. O'Connell does have opposition in his campaign. My name is Grant McMicken and I plan to upset Mr. O'Connell. I am a high school mathematics teacher; I do not have a campaign chest; but I will rally the people of California behind the candidacy of a person who can think out-of-the-box to change the continual downward trend in California education.
