Comments on "Democrats for Lower Taxes?"
Berg's tax break scheme is probably tied to her assisted suicide bill in some way.
Unless the bill is the standard "tax relief" provided by the legislature to individuals who suffer a loss due to a Gubernatorially declared disaster, the following questions are worth asking:
Will Asm. Berg and Senator Chesbro provide a "teacher union approved" Prop. 98 protection clause in thier tax break bill?
Will the public employee union hacks who oppose all tax reductions give Asm. Berg and Sen. Chesbro permission to even get a vote on their bill?
Or, is this one more example of Democrats offering tax relief bills creating positive press all the while knowing that the bill will die in the first committee?
