| Today's Morning Report has an item from the California Chamber of Commerce, saying that yesterday's press conference about the negative impacts of Assemblywoman Fran Pavley's AB 32, the environmental bill, was cancelled due to "scheduling issues. But the next sentence says the presser won't be rescheduled. |

Word is the Governor will sign the bill and the business community has been informed of that position, so they may have resigned themselves to the situation.
