To reorganize your blog, why don't you buy CAOBSERVER.COM (its available I checked-

and use world press. Blogger is actually a really inferior software, in fact I'll configure world press for you if you want. With world press you can customize the outlook, easily integrate video, and do a lot of other cool stuff...
It shouldn't cost more then 15 bucks per month(including hosting) and that way you can get properly listed in google and the whole blosphere......with the increase ad revenue this will bring you it'll probabily end up breaking even.
