Are you sure? Schwalb's previous political donations have been to the republicans who are supporting 77. If you search the campaign reports I'm sure you'd find contributions to the Governor, Tom Campbell, Bill Thomas, etc.
If he's no on 77 that's very wierd.
I'm right ... He gave a $250,000 contribution to the California Republican Party for the non-candidate account. That's funding the parties efforts for YES on 77.
